Once your money is received your package(s) are shipped via UPS or USPS. Shipping & receiving time is 2 -5 business days depending on your location. We also provide our customers with a complimentary Delivery Confirmation # for yours and our tracking of the product.

All appointments $100 or more must be reserved with a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. This deposit is to secure your appointment as well as a "No Show Fee". If you show for your appointments then we will deduct the paid deposit fee from your total and you will only be responsible for the balance.
Please try to arrive on time, this will allow completion of any necessary forms .
If late for any service, we will try to accommodate, however we cannot promise the full time of service(s) booked. We also ask that you notify us with a "Courtesy Call".
Cancellation with Notice will allow us the opportunity to reschedule you for the nearest date or time available.
Cancellation Without Notice - We ask that you notify us within 24 hrs if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 25% charge as mentioned above.
Are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are not transferable.
Gift Certificate cancellation will result in forfeiture of full gift certificate value.
We also recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to you leaving.
